We worked alongside UK Live & AFEM on developing a 60-minute webinar to open the conversation around Misogyny and Sexual Harassment within the Music Industry. Since our inception, we have always believed that a collaborative effort is needed to shift the current culture within society itself. We drew down on past experiences, and years of research to allow for a space that was encompassed with knowledge sharing and discussion around areas including; acknowledgment, commitment, challenges of Allyship, available resources, forward planning, and how to stay involved.

Individuals and organisations from all corners of the Music industry were in attendance to learn more about our approach to tackling sexual harassment risk and how this can be adapted to assist their organisational/personal education around this issue.
When organising our LIVE Talks seminar It was important that men felt that they could join the conversation around Misogyny and Sexual Harassment within the music industry, as so often it is a subject that can feel unapproachable. Jack and Sam shared the same attitude towards the issue and presented an honest and welcoming hour-long seminar to over 170 attendees of which approximately a third were male. The work they are doing with venues and wider music industry to create safer spaces is excellent. – Gaby Cartwright, UK Live
